Participants from West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand can apply through this portal. Choose Junior if you are from school, ITI, diploma or undergraduate level. Choose Open if you are a graduate, professional, startup or community group.

Keep your contact details, location details, education details, organisation information, participation mode, team member details if applying as a team, proposal responses and supporting PDF documents ready before you begin.

The application will be completed through the participant workspace in four steps:

1. Create participant account – Select Junior or Open category, enter your full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender and password. After registration, you will be taken to the participant workspace.
2. Verify profile and complete applicant details – Use the verification link from the participant workspace to verify your email address. Complete applicant details if they are missing, including state, district, city, PIN code, address, education details, organisation name and organisation type.
3. Submit first application – You can submit your first application from the workspace even before email verification. Choose Individual or Team, add team member details if applicable, select the challenge category, complete the proposal fields, upload supporting PDF documents and add an optional video URL:

4. Application number and additional applications – After submission, your Application Number will be shown on screen and sent by email with the submitted details. To create or submit multiple applications, your email address must be verified first.
